Choose a mentor. Learn proven strategies. Feel better.

Get Started: Schedule Your Free Consultation

The first step at Appa is to schedule a 15 minute call with a member of our Care Team. If you would prefer to talk via text, that works too.

During your consultation, we will discuss what you or your teen would like to improve on, tell you more about the mentor matching process, and answer any questions you may have.

What You Get At Appa:

A Mentor

Your mentor is a listening ear that can understand because they know what it’s like to struggle as a teen. You can talk to your mentor through confidential text, phone, and video.

Proven Strategies Created By Experts

Appa’s bite-sized videos teach proven strategies to improve mood, motivation, and relationships. All videos are created by licensed therapists and psychiatrists.

Support On Your Schedule

Message your mentor whenever you’d like, and set video check-ins around your schedule. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, that’s no problem either.

Meet a few of our mentors:

Angela

"I had such a hard time opening up to my family about my struggles. Once I got help, I was able to build strong relationships with the people I loved most."

James

"In high school, gaming took over my life. Now, I've found ways to enjoy things without letting them become addictions."

Daniel

"I knew I was queer ... and I knew my family wouldn't support me. Friends and mentors helped me create a life I love."

Ana

“In my teens, I was straight up depressed, but it took me years to get support. I want to help your teen get help earlier than I did.”
